More about the design process
The design process starts with booking a consultation appointment which, depending on your location and preference, can take place at our Oak Park office or via phone/video. First, we will listen to your ideas and needs. Many clients have a broad sense of what they are looking for when they reach out. Other clients are inspired by our current or past creations and ask for one of them to be customized or adjusted in other ways.
It is our job to help you hone in on your vision. We will work together to choose metals, gemstones and other design elements. You can be very involved in this process or leave us with much creative freedom — it is up to you. We will collaborate until the design is finalized. This may take three weeks or a bit longer, depending on the project. We pride ourselves on making the entire experience smooth, stress-free and enjoyable.
